What is Vibescaling?
Vibescaling is a content operations platform for TikTok. It helps creators, teams, and agencies manage their TikTok content from upload to publish.
Key Concepts
Organizations
Every account belongs to an organization. Organizations are the top-level unit for billing, team management, and content.
Members
Invite teammates to your organization with roles: Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer.
Posts
Posts are the core content unit. Each post has:
- Title, caption, and hashtags
- Content: slide images (carousel) or a video file
- A lifecycle: draft → scheduled → posted → archived
TikTok Accounts
Connect one or more TikTok accounts via OAuth. Publish content to any connected account.
API Keys
Generate API keys for programmatic access. Build automations, integrate with other tools, or let AI agents manage content.
Free Trial
Every new organization starts with a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan: up to 3 TikTok accounts, 100 posts/month, and 5 team members. Analytics and API access are not included in the trial — upgrade to Growth or Agency for those features. When the trial ends, choose a plan to continue.

Manage your plan in Settings → Billing. All plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
Profile
Your name is set during signup and displayed to other members of your organization. Visit Account → Profile settings to update your display name or change your password.
