Getting Started
Set up your Vibescaling account and publish your first post
1. Create your account
Sign up at admin.vibescaling.org/signup. You'll enter your first name, last name, and email. After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your first organization. Every new organization starts with a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan — 3 TikTok accounts, 100 posts/month, and 5 team members.
2. Connect TikTok
Go to Settings → TikTok and click Connect Account. You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorize Vibescaling. We use OAuth — we never see your password.
3. Upload your first post
From the Library, click New Post. Choose between a slides (carousel) or video post. Add a title, caption, and hashtags, then upload your slides (PNG, JPG) or a video file (MP4, WebM, MOV). Click Create Draft.
4. Schedule or publish
Open your draft post. You can:
- Publish Now — immediately posts to TikTok
- Schedule — pick a date, time, and TikTok account. The post will publish automatically.
5. Track performance
Visit the Analytics page to see dispatch history and success rates. Available on Growth plan and above, and during your free trial.
6. Update your profile
Visit Account → Profile settings to set your display name and change your password.
