Dashboard Architecture

Navigating the Vibescaling dashboard

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is organized around your organization. Select an org from the sidebar to access its content.

Library

The Library is where all your posts live. Browse, filter by status, search by title, and create new posts.

  • Grid view with slide thumbnails (video posts show a film icon)
  • Status filters: Draft, Scheduled, Posted, Archived
  • Search by title, caption, or hook
  • New Post button to create drafts
  • Batch select mode — select multiple posts and archive in bulk
  • Mobile-responsive — hamburger menu on small screens, stacking filters

Post Detail

Click any post to see its full details:

  • Slide viewer with navigation, or video player for video posts
  • Caption, hashtags, and metadata
  • Actions: Schedule, Publish Now, Archive
  • Scheduled time and publish history

Analytics

View content performance metrics (Growth plan and above, or during your free trial):

  • Summary cards: total posts, published, scheduled, success rate
  • TikTok video performance: views, likes, comments, shares, favorites
  • Recent dispatch history table
  • Data is cached for fast loading and refreshes automatically when you create or publish posts

Settings

  • Team — invite members, manage roles (invite emails sent via Resend)
  • Billing — manage your subscription via Stripe
  • TikTok — connect and manage TikTok accounts
  • API Keys — create and revoke API keys
  • Audit Log — view organization activity history (admin/owner only). Tracks post creation, updates, deletions, publishes, and invite sends.

Account & Profile

From the Account page you can switch between organizations or create new ones. The Profile settings page lets you update your display name and change your password.

Subscription Banners

During your 7-day free trial, the sidebar shows a banner with the number of days remaining and a link to upgrade. The billing page also shows trial status.

If your subscription lapses or a payment fails, the dashboard enters read-only mode — all data remains visible but mutation actions are disabled. The sidebar shows a banner prompting you to choose a plan or update your payment method.
